  • WHAT PEP GUARDIOLA SAID

He told Sky Sports: "For the future? Arsenal are giving the message… and we take it. I have a few certain things in my life. I wake up in the morning and I am going to sleep in the night. The other certain[ty], with the age they [Arsenal] have, the manager they have, the way they've played the last two seasons – they will stay here for a long, long time. That's why we get the message."

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

City have dominated the Premier League in recent times, with only Liverpool giving them a run for their money and breaking up their supremacy in 2020. However, Arsenal came second last season and have taken it to the last day this term. City are there to be shot at and for so long they have withstood the competition, but the Gunners will try their utmost to topple them from their perch on Sunday and in the future.
